Bullet Journal

I started a bullet this year and I wanted to share with you what the monthly spread and what is in my yearly spread as well.

Monthly:

I wanted to show you an empty month to show what the month all shows.

Calendar: When I do the monthly calendar I always make sure that it goes from Sunday to Saturday. I use this for important things for the month, like doctor appointments, things for my kids, etc.

Mood: I was diagnosed with ADHD and Depression a few years ago. I wanted something to track what days I have rough or bad days compared to if the coincide with what days I don’t take my meds by accident.

Water Intake: Part of my health and fitness goal is to drink more water and this helps me visualize how much I drink in a day.

Sleep: I wanted to try to see if I can keep track of my sleep so that I know what time is better to go so sleep compared to how I used to run only on 3-4 hrs of sleep. I want to have a better sleep schedule.

Meds: I take meds for my depression and ADHD as well as many multivitamins. I think having this will help me be more accountable for myself and my meds.

Highlight of the Day: This is something I wanted to do just to look back at the end of the month and see what happened each day that I considered to be a highlight of the day.

Yearly Spreads:

I have many different spreads for the yearly spreads. I want to share with you what I have.

I have spreads for my daily steps for my health and fitness.

Spreads for the books of the bible that I have read during the year.

Since I work from home I wanted to see how many calls I take in a day and which days are more busy for me.

Since I have a reading goal this is what I have for yearly spreads for that goal.

Year in Pixels was something I always wanted to do if I got back into bullet journaling.

Social Media is something that I always wanted to track but I might have to switch TikTok to this blog if TikTok does get banned.

Ideas for 2026 Bujo spread is just a place where I can organize my next bujo much better than that one I have now.

Question for the readers: Do you have something like this that helps you make it through the year? If so what do you put in it?
